This transformation, following the rebranding of DRAKKAR Digital as deRabane in February 2026, confirms the repositioning of the talent acquisition division as a true strategic partner in executive search, rooted in a rigorous methodology, long-term relationships, and a deep understanding of the Quebec market.

With more than 35 years of experience in the recruitment industry, the leaders of Talent deRabane have supported clients through every market cycle: the high-volume recruitment era of the 2000s, the 2008–2009 financial crisis, the transformation driven by the pandemic, the unprecedented labour shortage of 2021–2022, and the gradual return to a more balanced market against a backdrop of economic and political volatility.
