Through her strategic vision and personalized approach, she identifies the specific needs of clients and recommends the best solution, whether it’s a turnkey project, outsourcing, or any other customized option. She oversees talent acquisition projects aimed at identifying candidates whose high potential can drive company growth.

With nearly 15 years of experience in recruitment, Carole supports companies in their search for key team members and guides candidates through their professional journeys. With more than 25 years of experience in business development, including nearly 20 years in human resources and talent acquisition, Jean has supported mid-sized to large organizations across operational management, sales, and customer service.

Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and client-focused approach, he builds strong partnerships with managers and teams to better understand their needs and support their business objectives. 

Passionate about travel, sports, and competition, Jean brings the same discipline he developed as a black belt in karate to his professional relationships. His love for animals reflects the importance he places on trust, authenticity, and meaningful connections in every aspect of his life.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, Rosalie, Vice-President, Chief Marketing Officer, is a seasoned professional who guides her clients, partners and team towards positive and lasting results.

Her career path includes the retail, banking and public relations sectors. She has participated in several major projects regarding commercial marketing and human resources marketing, as well as brand image creation.
